We are excited to announce as of July 1st, Kendall West customers will transition to a new online payment portal.     

Partnering with Invoice Cloud, this state-of-the-art online payment service offers customers greater flexibility to view and pay their bills online.  

Customers will also have more choices to pay their bills, including by phone and text.   

The new, easy-to-use payment portal gives customers quick access to their accounts to view statements, check their balance, make payments and enroll in paperless billing. You will have a new account number, which will be sent out to you in the next few days.  If you do not receive that, or have any questions, please contact us at, or by calling 830-412-3600.

In-Person Payments:   

In-person cash & debit card payments are available through convenient Western Union locations (e.g., HEB, Walmart, & Walgreens). 

When making a payment, please bring your utility bill.  While Western Union only requires the name of the company you are paying, your account number, and the amount you are paying, some Western Union agents may need your ID and other information to make a payment.  

Please note that our company is listed as “Canyon Lake Water” at Western Union locations.
